Goal
SAIP aims to leverage industry-leading experience to flexibly address customer needs, solve problems, and deliver a tailored platform that creates tangible value through its services.
Challenge
We analyzed what generative AI tailored to enterprise environments should look like, identified solutions to meet user needs and enhance work efficiency, and explored ways to support seamless internal collaboration and knowledge sharing through a customized RAG system and an effective sharing network.
Outcome
The final deliverables focused on delivering a user-friendly interface tailored to S2W's specific requirements and an efficient admin page, maximizing the user experience for building internal knowledge assets. Additionally, we proposed a solution that enhances the value of enterprise data utilization.

SAIP Ecosystem
SAIP organically integrates generative AI technology with the corporate environment to provide customized services based on internal company data. This aims to maximize the effective user experience in building internal knowledge assets and increase the value of data utilization within the company.

UML Diagram
Based on the analysis of S2W's internal needs and functional specifications, SAIP set its core objective to provide document search and summarization services to client companies through a customized enterprise RAG system. After consulting with the developers about the file upload process, we organized the logic into a UML diagram format in collaboration with the development team, and the project proceeded on this basis.

By collaborating with domain experts, we systematically organized the processes for each function of SAIP and then restructured them into a complete flow tailored to the user environment. This planning ensures that users can more intuitively and smoothly utilize the various features of SAIP.

UX/UI Concept
Based on S2W's requirements, we focused on integrating generative AI technology with internal corporate data to maximize work efficiency.
SAIP leverages generative AI to provide tailored answers based on selected internal corporate documents and external resources. Additionally, it supports users in becoming familiar with SAIP's features through related chat history and information-sharing functionalities.

After systematically designing the information architecture of the page, we created wireframes to develop an intuitive and efficient UI that meets the requirements of the SAIP user page.
