The goal is to strategically enhance the brand experience of the document management app by redefining its brand identity. This approach goes beyond simple brand refinement, aiming to create an intuitive and emotionally resonant brand experience that strengthens the connection between users and the brand.
The existing brand identity lacked consistency and emotional connection with users, leading to a fragmented perception. We explored ways to establish a cohesive BX that reflects trust, efficiency, and modern aesthetics while effectively conveying the essence of document management.
The final deliverables included a detailed logo guide encompassing usage guidelines and color palettes, which enhanced brand consistency and successfully increased recognition and trust among key stakeholders.
Brand Logo
The new brand logo reflects efficiency, security, and intuitiveness, reinforcing the reliability and professionalism of digital document management. Designed with a minimalist yet intuitive approach, modern colors, and highly legible typography, it ensures a consistent brand experience across various digital environments.
Brand Color
The new brand colors consist of Aqua Green, symbolizing digital efficiency and innovation; Deep Blue, emphasizing trust and professionalism; and Neutral Gray & White, enhancing intuitiveness and readability. This color system is designed to ensure a consistent brand experience.

Brand Experience Design
The new brand experience design focuses on establishing a cohesive visual identity and emotionally resonant touchpoints, enabling users to engage with the brand more easily, quickly, and reliably.
